GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (October 27, 2011) – Ruby Canyon Engineering, Inc. (RCE) President Michael Coté presented the company's "Greenhouse Gas Credits and Renewable Energy Incentives for Coal Mine Methane (CMM) Projects" during the U.S. Coal Mine Methane Conference on October 18, 2011, in Park City, Utah. Co-authoring the presentation was Nina Pinette, a staff scientist employed by RCE.

Ruby Canyon Engineering associate, Collon Kennedy presented a paper on "How the U.S. EPA's Tailoring Rule Affects Coal Mine Methane Projects" during the same conference. RCE President, Michael Cote, co-authored the presentation. The presentation provided an overview of new GHG regulation that took effect in July 2011.
