Eilleen M. Duncan, CPA
Auditor/Accountant

Eilleen Duncan has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She subsequently earned her CPA certificate soon after college graduation. She began her career with the international public accounting firm Touche, Ross & Co in Chicago. She then transferred to another international accounting firm, Coopers & Lybrand where she gained further auditing experience on a wide range of clients ranging from small private firms, non-profit, government and public companies. She achieved the rank of supervisor before leaving public accounting to become a full time mother.

Most recently after returning to the job market, she worked for Dalby, Wendland & Co, a regional accounting firm in Grand Junction where she participated in audits of local business and governmental entities. The audit experience enabled her to analyze and assess the financial components and systems and controls in place of her clients to verify and substantiate the financial statements of her clients. Eilleen manages the internal auditing controls at Ruby Canyon Engineering for their third-party validation and verification services.

Eilleen is a mother of three who enjoys spending time with her children and her two yellow labs. She also enjoys mountain biking, cross country skiing, watching her children play sports and spending time with friends and other family.
